    Personal Income Tax Problems

I've got a friend who has some of his customers pay his partner (they're not married). Now the Revenue Department is asking questions. What happens if they decide it's a tax dodge and go after my friend? Anyone have any experience on this? Many thanks.

Tell your friend to pay his tax as due, like everybody on this board does.
We'll have no tax dodgers in here !

I would get a good attorney. I've worked here for 12 years and have had my taxes done by an accountant. I pay a lot of tax here but i also make good money.
