    Land Ownership by Americans

    What is the law regarding American people having a Thai registered company and what percentage of shares can they own? if they buy land with that company I am told they can own 95% is it the Amity agreement? I guess what I am trying to confirm is it legal for them to use that company to buy land?

    You can not use an Amity company to buy land..It is strictly prohibited...
