Required documents for marriage( thai )

I have come to the place and time in life, where I want to do 'the right thing'. (Marry)
I know pretty much what papers I need to produce, but what would be needed on my misses to be's side ?
We are going to Bangkok, so its not in her local Amphur.

    Passport ?
    ID ?
    Birthcertificate ?
    Housebook ?
    The "Singledeclaration" ?

    TIA

    Hope you can help

I'd rather ask you lot in advance, than drive the extra 1100 km back and forth for a piece of paper

Helge, aren't you german? Then just have a look at the embassy website for the needed documents for your Ehefähigkeitszeugnis.

At the ampuer your wife just needs her ID.

Why didn't I think about getting married in the Embassy?. Hmm. That would make everything very easy for me

Nothing right or wrong about it. Just an unnecessary step which is difficult to reverse.

Sorry should have made it clearer Copy of House Registration my wife called it family card. You will need to get all your marriage documents translated and certified that the translation is correct for your wife's visa application if your going to live outside of Thailand, good luck to the both of you hope you have a long and happy marriage.

I went down to the local office here in Roi-et and they now want me to translate my passport and divorce papers after being told that the embassy paper is all I will need once translated.
I can not understand my pasport to Thai when the Thai passport is in English. I was going to do it until they wanted 750 to translate it f them I will go to the next town hopefully not so dumb.

She needed to show her ID, produce copies of Tabian Baan, (housebook) and her ID. Very easy on her part
Then the rest was on me.

    Thanks for your help

At the Amphur: My Passport, copies of same and the Document made out for me by the danish Embassy, and legalised by the Thais, concerning my civilstatus, income, address, parents names(my birth certificate), and childs birth certificate.

Then the wife filled in 4 A4 pages in thai with the same info, I produced 2 witnesses and 40 baht that I had to borrow from one of the witnesses. ( Just asked the wife if we paid him back, never mind, he was German)

Stamp stamp, and I was married
