Cool Bringing Musical Instruments Into Thailand

I wish to bring two brass instruments (trumpets into Thailand and a Yamaha Keyborard. The instruments are pro quality ($2000 a piece) and the keyboard is worth about $400. Do I have to pay duty on them.?
Should I ship one trumpet and piano and carry the other?
    Thanks for your answer

I hear the brass tend to let trombones slide in case there's no mindless violins. Just play it by ear, take it piano, don't fret, and try your best to look like an ordinary horn dog to avoid suspicion and all that jazz.

On a more serious note, three instruments seems to be oboe-doing it a tad.

If they are your personal instruments and you can show that you have owned them for 2+ years, then there is no import duty.

A skin flute is a very special, but not very unique type of flute commonly referred to as a PENIS.

Don't know about paying a duty walking into the country, but I just had my Taylor acoustic sent over. Fedex charged $325.00 for shipping. My mother who shipped it for me only put $100.00 insurance on it, and I was still charged 825 baht upon receipt of the guitar.

Lots of gitars in thailamd, everyone thinks they are Johnny Cash or Red Foley or Garth Brooks. or some other hillbilly.
