I am thinking about bringing in second hand levi for resale any thoughts on import fees or other obstacles.
I have a place in usa that sells by the ton grade a no holes washed and bundled to buy from.

Can you beat 500 baht/pair? Levi 2nd's readily available here, certainly at the Soi Buakhao Tues/Fri market.

Take the train out to Aranyaprathet.
There are two markets side by side, a new market and a second hand one. As has been said, there are sheds stuffed full of every brand of jeans, jean jacket, etc you'd want.
I used to buy tied bundles of American Levi 505s from a seller out there for 200 baht per pair if I bought 12 pair at a time. The third time I bought some she gave me a free Levi Jacket!!
These were all second hand, but in what I'd term "gently used" condition. Meaning, no obvious tears, just some fading and general wear. They were also sized with the American sizing, versus any other.
I'd imagine, if she could sell 'em to me that cheap and make money; there's NO way you're gonna be able to import them to beat the Cambodians selling them to the Thais here.
