Hi Roald, Apologies for the late reply, I haven't logged in for a while... Yes, there are quite a few plots of land with full chanote titles in this area, and even existing houses for sale, plus older properties that can be renovated or rebuilt (this saves on having to put in roads, raise land and running in services)... most land/house sales around here are direct with the land owner.
