Best advice I have seen so far and exactly how I plan to do it. The only change is to hire 2-3 helpers and treat them all the same under a watchful eye. With our superior expertise and being know-it-alls from another country, the job will be done close to anyones standards. But then what would we have to talk about on these forums?
