So what do you think of this nice little Thai wooden house? It's in Udon Thani at Home Stay Udon Thani, looks pretty damn smart to me.

Sweet little chalet.
Are you planning to take a step up the property ladder DD
Nice little place, any idea of what sort of constuction cost ivolved in something like this, that sort of thing might be okay for mother and father inlaw
I have to admit I do really like the look of that little shack, would look quite smart next to my pond, would make quite a nice little office.
I agree,it is certainly better than the sh-t things they sell here in the UK.which probably cost a damm sit more than that, and of far less quality
Shame the roof tiles are too chunky and they used that fucking horrible 'orange' varnish instead of a nice oil job, but otherwise, it's OK.
Many of these available in the depots of wooden houses you see along various highways.
Go in, choose which one you want, they come to your place and build it in a few weeks.
This looks like a one room job, with veranda.
I'd take a relatively uneducated guess at around 250-350k, as it's so small.
^ That much?
Reminds me of a resort I stayed at near Phrae.

The ones at the hotel were 300k each
This site worth a look to get an idea of prices commercially but buying up an existing house and renovating would surely be cheaper...
ThaiLanna Home, buy your own (TEAK-wooden) house in Thailand!
