    Small Thai Wooden House

So what do you think of this nice little Thai wooden house? It's in Udon Thani at Home Stay Udon Thani, looks pretty damn smart to me.

I have to admit I do really like the look of that little shack, would look quite smart next to my pond, would make quite a nice little office.

Shame the roof tiles are too chunky and they used that fucking horrible 'orange' varnish instead of a nice oil job, but otherwise, it's OK.

Many of these available in the depots of wooden houses you see along various highways.

Go in, choose which one you want, they come to your place and build it in a few weeks.

This looks like a one room job, with veranda.

I'd take a relatively uneducated guess at around 250-350k, as it's so small.

For a small room that looks like 4m x 4.5m, that would be my uneducated guess. With the rear section too, probably a bit more.

Can get the same style of wooden houses about 3 times the size for 800k or so at the wooden house depots.

Yeah I agree, the color really spoils it. The one in post 11 is much better.

This site worth a look to get an idea of prices commercially but buying up an existing house and renovating would surely be cheaper...
