Super impressive Splitlid, the pink is not something I would do, but it does not look so bad. GREAT WORK
cheers maily, cleaned it up a bit
OK, i am back at work now and trying to post some house plans.
I have a feeling that these are not going to come out clear.
Yep, just as thought!!!
OK, Splitlid can you PM me so i can work out how to get the drawings to you?
Another problem i have is the full set of plans are in CAD and i can't do anything with CAD. Perhaps i can email the CAD drawings to you.
ok PM sent with details.
cheers
No problem, drawings sent.
ok skidley
recieved,will work on them
ok skidley heres the first test render, come out ok, have to add,railing,columns,doors/windows and ridge tiles.
then will work on other items-carport,guestroom.
Wow, looks great. Look forward to seeing in more detail and different angles.
ok windows are in....well most of them.just the rest to do.just one thing, the 2 centre windows in each bay area, althought they are the same the space is different.check your plans. window W3. the wall is larger on the left.
hope that is clear. probably designed that way,as the architect seems to know what he is doing.
OK, Gotcha. Now that it is easy to see then the W3 at the main bedroom is correct, the window size for the kitchen (Noted now as W3A because of size change) will need to be reduced to match the same window edge distance from the corners of the wall. I would also say for asthetics that the size of the W4 windows will need to keep the same distance from the window edge to the wall corners. Sound OK?
One more thing i just picked up is the kitchen windows are only 500mm above the finshed floor level but have kitchen benches running behind them on the inside. Therefore they will need to be 900mm for bench height + 100 for splash back, total of 1000mm above FFL. Windows W2 will require the same.
yep nice one.internal and external with changes done.
ok last one for tonight, will do some more tomorrow.
eyes hurt
this is the origional from skidley, sorry not so clear.

ok getting there now, just some tidying up to do and the dreaded ridge tiles.
ok ridge tiles are on....now to start putting some colour.
any suggestions skidley?
ok first render, now to add the textures and colours......come on skidley.
aIF that were my house, I would have it light blueish grey with iron gray trims.and a small touch of white.
Colors? OK, will be going with earth tones. Lime stone tiling around the base of the house, Light tan/cream walls with darker accents on trims and white PVC windows and doors. The roof will be a tan/brown.
Hard to say exactly, it will be a matter of looking at color schemes that work and applying them.
I have to say that what you have done so far really eclises anything i was actually expecting. Great work, thanks heaps!!!!
I will have a good look at the models and give you anymore suggestions.
^consider the grey. Dark grey roof and rails, blueish
ok heres a start, will do the roof tiles next
