Good day
Juat completed an outdoor bathroom and utility area. In local fashion, left an open gap between top of wall and metal roof for airflow.
I want to cover the area with screening to keep mosquitos etc out and even deter snakes if possible, as they abound here.
Builder mentioned laying screen right across the top and fixong it to the cement with two sided tape.
I wonder if tge screen flat like that would get a lot of dust, spiders, trash etc and be a maintenance headache, and if putting screen up vertically around the whole perimeter between the top of the wall and the roof would be better...for sure more effort .
Screen seems to come in aluminum, fiberglass and nylon type material. I liked the aluminum as it could be formed to fit corners nicely. I was thinking maybe getting thin tin and cutting strips to use to hold the screen tight to the cement and roof with nails/screws....but would like to hear any ideas from members here that maybe have done a similar project.
Cheers
