    Well the glass folks came in ahead of schedule.

    Projected Completed



    Looking towards backyard



    Left will be dining area and right will be the TV room and I can now play my PS4 and Mercenary games...

    Screen doors in place



    Back corner looking towards front.

    They did a nice job. I am not there as I am back down south but wife was happy and I have taught her to be picky.

    Still some paint touch up to go then reorganize the area inside.

    Question

    Hey JPPR2 - very nice - that lower level is very similar to my house.

    I'm interested where you got those teak wood panels - those look very nice. The fake wooden ones (120 cm x 120 cm x 10 mm) are nice but not close to having real wood one.
