A Second Final Word on this .......

On this photo --- that block up at the top Left ..... marked by the yellow lines ..... is quite a small patch which belonged to a cousin .
There is now a block of apartments on there . The land sold for 3 Million Baht !

    Watery Construction-possible-strips-jpg

What would the family get if they sold off one [ or both ] of the blocks that I have marked ? With plenty of space for them to stay where they are .

And one more picture to show why it's such a good parcel of land .......
The Green X shows their land . The large square water is of course a temple's property . That Yellow X is a very busy market and there are Supermarkets around and lots of street life .
That's why they want to stay and its why the land is worth that amount of money.

    Merry Christmas Everybody !!!!

Shop houses - why sell the land though and let someone else take all the profits?

When are Pseudolus Properties announcing the partnership with the family and what are the projected profit milestones and equity ratios?

Now look . I already wished people ' Merry Christmas ' to end this Thread .
However ..... answering your point gives me a chance to say thank you to a bunch of people who sent me Greens !
Some names I've not met before . Thank you .

" why sell the land though and let someone else take all the profits? " pseud

I'm only pointing out that it's worth a considerable amount and that's why the dorterr must stay around .
There's a lovely video on Youtube of a dachsund trying to round up 5 kittens . Impossible . Getting these 6 families to sit together would be like that . Getting them to AGREE on anything at all ...... can not be done .
Anybody who tries - they assume is on a scam of some sort . So until the older generations die out nothing of that sort will happen .

It's very important to get a nice plot staked out with even maybe a wall around it .

How about a rollercoaster? That would be awesome, and could go in between the existing houses with a dramatic dip into the water?

Whichever way you look at it, there's a big dipper involved.

What makes you think you can finish this thread if we don't want it to finish?
You can just disappear and leave us alone, you never answered my post in a timely and gentlemanly manner anyway.
So take you bat and ball and piss off!

Finally it is good to see you worked out a good solution to the problem which is not yours, well done.

Oh by the way Merry Christmas. Is it snowing over there yet?

    Cheers

Really? Do you kow which temple, Wasp?

I always thought it belonged to Home Garden Ville or the local municipality.

Well ...... when we scoot by that water Missy bows to a Buddha standing at the edge of that water . And I bow my head too just to please the Thais .
Also .... whenever I've seen a big rectangle of water that size it has always been the property of a Wat .
So maybe it's not. The Wats always seem to grab the best locations ..... rather like the churches in England.

Missy is probably paying her respects to the Spirit House (or the spirits in it) that's on the strip of land between the water and the road.
Actually, Google street map shows two or more spirit houses there.
