    Note worthy re refrigeration perhaps?:

Noted thread where poster bought a dented fridge and it failed to operate.
Few days ago bought a replacement water cooler...Old one developed a leak.
Brought it home upright over bumpy farm roads. Plugged it in..Nuffink no compressor vibration. Left it overnight and heard it startup..Sort of worked ..had cold water…later stopped again..coolish water…
Now after 5 days perfectly okay, good consistent cold water. Can only assume bumpy ride bubbled coolant???

    Sounds about right.

At a pinch one can lay down a fridge but then must leave it upright for a few days to ensure the coolant has settled.

The coolant can take over night to settle. Must have been one hell of a road.
