1 storey house Udon Thani province

After three years of planning, researching, scrapping ideas, getting new ones, we are on our way with our house.
How do I enclose pics? It says to set URL of pics. My pics are not on Internet and do not have url¨s. And how do I delete a post?

You can upload the pics from your computer onto the TD gallery (I usually do it about 4 at a time and set the size at about 500x500). From there, you can right click on them and get the 'image URL' to copy into this thread (I usually open a separate tab with the TD gallery to make it easier).
    Cycling should be banned!!!

Thanx for your assistance. It did not work, though. I cannot change size of pics and pics from another member appear in my album. So it is too complicated.

Racin, Welcome to the picture horror show. Go to Photobucket. Open an account and load your pictures into Photobucket.

After you've done that, select an image you wish to transfer to the TD site, right click on the image.

Select copy this image to selected site or whhat ever it says...

Open the TD site and thread.

right click on the little house in the message box top right. A blue highlighted box will appear.

Click on delete...the blue box will disappear.

hit ctrl "v" and your url will appear. post it to the message. The picture should appear in the message box.

Then post quick reply...up it will come.

Don't use "..." quotes when entering the ctrl v. O.K.?

Give it a shot or two...you can always add more photos to the original post up as long as the "edit," box is open on the message. You can write your own narration at any point.

    Good luck.

Another way, if your pics are on your computer is to right click on them, open with Paint, then click resize, pixels and change the bigger number to 750 (the other one will change by itself). It's pretty easy. Good luck.

KM's Pic Posting Tutorial - with pics! KM's Pic Posting Tutorial - with pics!

This has pics and is how I learnt, you just have to use paint ( free with your PC ) to resize any pic that gallery says is to big.

Give it a go, we wanna see your house

    Red face

Mozz ...... along with plenty of others I had these troubles putting up an image .
I needed a simplest guide and Bettyboo showed me in clear steps .

    So : How To post A Photo ( Betty's Original Method ).

1 ... Put your photo in Photobucket and then look for it in your Recent Uploads .....

Put your cursor inside the photo and Double Left Click .
You will get the same image but much bigger .

2 ... Right Click once inside this bigger image and you get a box of choices .

Left Click once on the second line down { Copy Image URL } like this .....
and that's the Photobucket part done !

3 --- Go to your Teakdoor writing box .

At the top of the writing box you'll see a Postcard up there .
Left Click on it . And the little Postcard image will highlight in blue and it will open up saying
........ " Please enter the URL of your image ."
It's very important that you delete the bit of stuff that's already there. Just press Delete . Then press Ctrl V together and you'll get some text appearing there . ( This is the URL of your photo ).

    Press OK.

All you'll see in your writing box will be a string of Text . But when you press " Save " or Preview Post you will see your photo.

    It gets easier .

Posting pics is / was a nightmare. I followed the Betty Boop method for pics of my retaining wall, but I don't think I've got the patience to do a proper house building thread.

    Good luck, Racin

    Oh dear....
That's even more complicated than using the in-house TD gallery, which is amazingly simple and straight forward - some just haven't figured it out yet.
