    Swimming Pool. Salt type?

The wife and I have just bought some land in Khao Yai, but as yet we haven't gone through the process of finding a contractor to design the house. We haven't thought about it yet. However, I do want a pool but i'd like to avoid the chlorine type systems. Has anyone any experience with the salt fed pools regarding care and service. Is there a recommended pool builder in the Khao Yai area.

I have seen one or two private pools using salt offering swimming sessions for kids, but that's it.

    Thanks

OT but isn't Khao Yai a bit cool for a pool? I guess it depend which side of the park you are.

I have one - it is brilliant.

The salt and cleaning costs us down here about 2000-2500 per month and it is an absolute joy.

It was scorching there last week. Our plot is a good run past the main tourist area and Chock Chai Farm. About 40 mins past, toward a large reservoir. It drops to 11 but very hot while i was measuring up last week.

I used Bellagio Pools and was very impressed. Mine is a salt water pop in.

I believe they travel all over the country installing concrete bespoke and fiberglass pop in pools.

Kurgen You have a good swimming pool you know where your pool came from.

but Bellagio has started buying pool from Splash & Navinda pools

These guys don't have after sales service ( will not fix warranty )

If you look on Bellagio web

These 3 pools are from Navinda pools
    Hollywood
    Malibu
    Miami

Also if you look at there web page the picture of Bellagio pool is from Udonthani Pete here's a link

    ^^^

Why thank you !! I like to be succinct whenever possible.

Actually, I originally made a post asking Ratchaburi for more details about these other pools. There was nothing below his line where he said, "These guys don't have after sales service ( will not fix warranty ) ".

But I noticed, as I was asking for more details, his rest of his postl was now showing. When I canceled and went back to the thread, that part of his post was missing again.

So I then tried to quote it, to see if that would show his entire post. Which it did. So I posted it with a comment about how I was having difficulty in seeing his entire original post and so I was quoting the whole post, just in case others also couldn't see it.
But after posting my reply, his entire post is now showing. I was going to delete my post but couldn't find a way to delete it.

    Hence, the "never mind".

Hopefully this all makes sense. It was the first time here I've had an issue with part of a post not showing.

    Steve
