    Hi Wasp,
That is not my house, it is a link, to a house, that I suggested to Betty Boo to look at.

    Great thread, good work.

OK Biff . Some Threads have 38 Pages and I jump around looking for a good photo .
Amazing how many times people put up good interior pictures and never put up a final uncluttered outside pic . So I'm very pleased when I find one .

    I was a bit quick there I think .

I shouldn't include this but I will .... for the lovely design .....

This house was intentionally left with unpainted smoothed concrete surfaces. Interesting .

    Hi Wasp,

I love this thread, gives me lot's of inspiration. Hopefully my place will be finished one day and it will get a spot! I show this thread to my friends as I'm sure many of us do, just to show the amazing variety of homes we farangs build in Thailand, and what can be done with some imagination. Keep it up.

    Thank you Fatone.

Unfortunately that might be the end of it .
Though there are hundreds of Threads in the Construction area very few are actual constructions .
Lots of useful information and queries about suppliers and how to render a wall et cetera but I've come to the end of my searching for completed homes .

There'll be 2 or 3 more much later when people like terp and Udon Dreamhouse get finished .

    Iceman ,
.....................I broke my own rules with 2 of these houses . I always wanted a Thread to be attached .
But I agree . This one in Loei is lovely so I included it . The other is Saphan Hin .
I forget where I got Loei from but it was posted by Marmite so maybe if you send him a message he can tell you more .

Loy Toy ......... I read your message about there being more house photos on your Thread and I looked . There are indeed some lovely-looking houses there .
But unfortunately I can't use the photos .
My idea was that the whole story of the construction of these houses needed to be available on the Forum ( although I did break my own rule ) .
So ...... nice houses but for me I'd want to see the whole story with all the accidents , the problems , the low kitchen units , the fracturing walls , the pillar in the middle of the room , the Frankenmonsters .

    .................................................. ...

Fatone ............... Thank you for your comment .

It has been a while since a house was finished . So I've not had anything to add .

And I have doubts about whether it's worth the trouble as for all the time it takes to process a photo this Thread generates very little interest .
People asking about Water Pumps get more readers !

But I'm waiting for your house now .

    Thanks again .

I wouldn't take the number of "Views" as a good indication of interest though, because your thread is not really a "thread" - it's a gallery. Kind of a pictorial Table of Contents of completed house-building threads. Consequently, your site isn't going to be "followed" (get the number of views) like an on-going building thread. I guess what I'm trying to say is please don't get discouraged. I just hope it's not too much trouble - and I promise when I get done, I'll take some postable photos.

I used to have a pal on here called William of Bangkok .

    To whom I now say " Pahh !!! " . Shove your bananas .

    Loy Toy's Set

These break my criteriae ...... as there's no story attached about the trials and tribulations of the different builds .

But pictures are nice to look at and there's a shortage of other builds being completed ........ so ...........

Damn !!! And people call my place a chateau. This place is like Versailles compared to my little hovel (complete with Cinderella's carriage).

Well ..... those pictures from Loy Toy certainly got a reaction .

    You do realise it's 4 different homes - don't you ?

But I think this is the one that has made you say ' Wow ' .

Loy Toy said about this ........ " This is the first house that I built and still is our favourite.
Bought the ground floor as a shell construction and finished it off.
    "

    I must say LT,

I really love the look of the Old Gaff even though the new version is a lot easier to look after.
