How many bags of cement (@ 25 kg each) do I need to make 1.2 cubic metres of concrete using a mix of 1:2:3 (cement:sand:gravel)? Any help appreciated.

about 18
order 20
16 bags, based on 1:2:4 ratio
yes, but he wants a 1:2:3 ratio
so more
yes you are correct, order 20
why do you need a strong mix, Bob?
Thanks for the info. Is it a strong mix? I've done some concreting before but I've never been responsible for determining the mix. I simply looked on the internet site and one website suggested a 1:2:3 mix for footpaths.
I want to make a base for a concrete table and concrete chairs/benches that one sees everywhere in Thailand - outside shops, etc. In the recent rains, the area around the table/chairs became a bit wet and now it's stopped raining the dried mud has caked the furniture, so I thought I'd clean it up a bit.
I don't think I need a strong mix and I'm happy to be guided by others' wisdom if they want to suggest a weaker mix and less bags of cement.
Thanks
if just a path, then a 1:2:4 would be fine
then only 16 bags would be good
OK - thanks for that. That'll take care of my weekend!
