    Joist hangers

Can you buy joist hangers in Thailand? If so, what sizes do they come in?

    Cheers for trying.

I'm sure Global House will have them, but fek knows what they're called in Thai.

Can get sme made if not too safety critical i.e for terrace,if a raised deck locals will probably overlap as wood and labour traditionally cheaper than imported metal fixings.

I agree its better and easier to use hangers and menas you could dismantle, but a furphy that there are no good Thai chippie, the good honest ones are always busy or in big cities on contract .

This deck build site has some pix of a lady scewing them
