I'll only focus on the negative, as it's more fun...

    The images are all blurred.

The red & green tabs are yucky and I'd try to have tabs that echoed the style of the 'Display Home Locations' button.

The 'Blank' page has nothing on it!

Otherwise it seems fine for a freebie.

Much better on the buttons, but the white text has poor contrast against the lighter parts of the orange. Maybe try the green or have white text for the current page and the dark grey/black for the other text?

You are setting up a website, for a company dealing with multi million baht builds using a website that has adverts saying 'make your free website here' everywhere. That would turn me away from you in a flash.

    Seems very unprofessional to me.

If you cant afford, or take the time to buy and register your own domain would I trust you with my hard worked for money?

    I think not.

I'd suggest start fresh, look for www.lifestylehomeshuahin.com or something similar if not available to buy, spend 5000 baht +/- and get a web designer in to make your own site.

    First impressions count.

It's just a modified Template which everyone can use. Better is you create something new based on your companie needs.

Why don't you try to make a php Website instead a Flash Website?

I think you and your company must be satisfied with a template which everyone can download.

    Good start Split.
I have a few constructive comments:

    - The images are blurred and overexposed.
    - The green text is unattractive and somewhat hard to read against the grey.
    - The orange buttons look dated. I don't like the navagation at the bottom.
    - The floorplans in black and white are not compelling. I would color them up in Photoshop or AI and get rid of all the drawing sheet notes, borders and reference. Just a clean, colored plan.

The overall color sheme; grey, green, orange is not stylish IMO.

    I wish you much success.

Satonic- once i purchase the template then all ads are removed.as stated in the original post, we already have a website that i am trying to upgrade.i thought it would be easier to do it as then i can just upload pics when i wanted.

Thaidan- the template is basically a clean sheet, i have deleated all the original info. php website????? i will look into it but what is the difference between to two?

marmite- i will do that cheers

Humbert- thanks to the comments, agree with drawing sheets, will clean them up.
im not sure why they are blurred, maybe i will make them appear a bit smaller, that may help.

coloured floorplans- yes i know- i agree- to be worked on.

^Have you considered photo montaging your images to add foliage, improve contrast etc? You need a really drop dead image on the home page to grab attention. Cheers.

I like the colors. And the way the pictures move automatically with just a hint of moving the cursor.
But, the pictures are lacking in 2 things: Clarity (obviously not professional), and they really need some shrubs (landscaping) to set off the homes.
Without it, they look cheap. A few thousand baht spent on some quality landscaping would make an incredible difference IMO.
Besides that, I like the site for the most part.

php I like the menu. You don't have to copy every link if you update a page or create a new one. You only but the link in the menu a that's it. It shows after on every page.

Export the drawing to eps, clean it up in Adobe Illustrator and add the text labels, create a layer for colors or textures under the plan layer. Save as a tiff and add some effects in Photoshop.

The grey background is awful. Something warmer with a subtle pattern or tone change. First impressions count and when there are so many alternative sources of eye candy on the web, grey doesn't cut it. Other than that, I like it.

The about us pic is not loading of me.

I hate the buttons at the bottom, put them on the top.
