I have lost one of my folders, I definately have not deleted it. Any ideas on how I can get it back.

Is it possible that you have somehow moved it so it is now a sub-folder within one of your other folders. Have a look. Have accidentally done this myself couple of times. Fairly easy to do when moving files around.

If you know the name of it.open any file folder & in the top right type the name in the search bar.
Aplogies if that's stating the bleeding obvious.

Glad to hear you're back up and running TP.

System restore if using XP, go back, why back a month and restore the computer, I belive it dosent work with Visa! thats Progress for you............
