^^ sure it works, it's installing all those trojans for you :)
I've not used IDM. Maybe they work in the same way?Quote:

Usenet/newsgroups are probably the best alternative if you decide the torrent world has ended.
As mentioned before Newzbin - Login is a good one, used it myself for a while in the UK and regularly got double the speed of torrents on the same connection. I think it was a 5meg connection and I got up to 7 or 800k downloads when torrents were doing about 300 absolute max.
With newzbin you pay a subscription 8 weeks, 12 weeks etc. I think 8 weeks was about £3 and I think there was another subscription to a place I cant remember as I havent used it for ages, poss £20.
Now I know all the sceptics are puffing up at paying for anything but the last time we used it 10 of us were logged in to the same account at any one time downloading stuff so over the x amount of months it cost about £3 each.
The good thing with Usenet is that its very similar to torrents in how you use it, theres a program that does the downloading and you download a .nzb file which contains all the info for the program to steal the stuff you want
There is some configuration to do but its nothing major, just server names that are provided.
