Oooh big no no using the same nom de plume as u use in a certain newspaper in our locality....but yes folks HB introduced me to VLC about 12 months ago and it is bloody good. Ms Spendalot uses it all the time on her "searlys".

As my dear friend Nige decided to up sticks and shuffle his mortal coil this year, and his missus eventually sold up the bar and disappeared off to Bangers to open a laundry or a restaurant, I am instead paying Darrell and A a visit for this year's festive frolics.

Just noticed today when using VLC player the cone has a Xmas hat on it.
