Maybe it will go the other way. A bank of DNA and some AI forecasting and women will be able to choose their child without any blokes being involved.

Certainly it is easy to imagine a fairly big shift in boy-girl relationships.

China already has its own set of problems. There is a YT video about a matchmaking event in Shanghai. One thousand women signed up and no men arrived. I'm not sure if that story is absolutely accurate, anyway there are all kinds of matchmaking events and while there are plenty of 30-something, attractive, professional women they all want tall, attractive and well-paid husbands. The problem is that those tall, attractive and well-off men have the pick of the 20-something girls. Many shorter and less well-off men have already given up looking for wives because the women's expectations are too high. If I were a few years younger I'd spend my weekends in Shanghai.
