    Do you use Open Orifice

Pretty sure I'm on the official Apache site. But the download toggle sent me to a mirror (Versaweb)and its taking forever to download. It took 3+ minutes.

    This just seems sketchy

    OpenOffice was discontinued years ago.

It was replaced with libreoffice. Should be easy enough to download.

I did use it but ended up going back to ms office to be compatible with work.

Really. I had no idea. Might as well uninstall this and go for that then. Thanks

I thought Openoffice was still the cutting edge

Good for you, but be advised that Microsoft couldn't care less about revenue from software sales. That is so last century.

Either way it's a good price and always better than the alternatives.
