Thread: Chromecast with Google TV

OK i bought one on Saturday on Lazada, (B2390) arrived on Monday avo, Plugged it in to my 8 year old LG smart tv that wont update anymore and the wifi was dropping out. (the lg tv is 55 inch 3D smart tv) but LG stopped updates 2 years ago and now some sites won;t work in the browser.
Read the instructions and followed verbatim, Was easy as and didn't even need to try to connect the remote to the device, it just did it when i put the batteries in the remote.
Downloaded the downloader and the filelinked apps, and then the TV and movie Apps.
Can watch live tv from anyplace, youtube wont just lose signal now because its plugged into the hdmi.
My windows 7 laptop can stream perfectly to the TV using chrome to the chromecast.
Paid c.o.d. no problems up to Lampang from Bangkok.

I still prefer the 4K Firestick myself.
