    Lazada

How quickly do they deliver in Thailand?

i.e. if I want to buy something while I'm in ASQ can I be sure it will arrive within a week?

ASQ? If you mean delivered to you at a Thai address then it's usually only a day or three BUT make sure you've selected "Local" from the suppliers because if from China or elsewhere it'll be over a week for sure.

Seems to be swamped by knock offs these days.

Anyone fancy a Samsung S20 Ultra for 1,600 baht?

Lazada here give you an approximate delivery time/date on the right hand side prior to you submitting your purchase request. Up to you if you agree to that and the postal charges. If not just walk.

    Delivery
    5 - 7 days

    ฿ 41.00

Big difference if local supplier or international.

Thank you. I'll probably leave it until CM then, since I'm there for a month.

The item I need is listed as "overseas".

    Thanks for the edumafacation.

I’ve tried to order from Lazada to be delivered to Thailand but they decline my cards. Why? They never say. I’ve tried with both US and Thai cards. No deal.

Funnily enough the item I want is available C.O.D.

Have you tried re-registering your card(s). ie start again? I had this problem last week and it worked for me.

Recently waited 3-4 weeks for a few 'overseas' items. Local are usually 2-3 days.

Whatever answers are given we have lost one day already and the OP didn't state where he/she is. That adds affects the delivery time and the weekend is upon us.

If the OP lives in Patum Thani delivery could be the next day.

If I understood this correctly , the Op will be doing his ASQ quarantine at the location he mentioned and would like to order something from Lazada and have it delivered at his ASQ (quarantine) hotel. but because he is going to be there only 10 days he is rightly concerned about delivery times. he would not want to have it take a long time to arrive, and delivered there after he is gone.
The sooner you fall behind, the more time you have to catch up.

    In other words, China.
No surprise since Lazada belongs to the Alibaba group, it is basically AliExpress with addition of some local businesses.

I've found that since Covid, estimated delivery dates mean next to nothing. Everything is late.

...you mean in the universe?...or in a particular Australian backwater? Oddly, I order food and some groceries online and delivery is at or before the time promised...

You could pay cash on delivery before, which was good, especially for hiding from the delivery guy after a drunken online splurge.

Well I am in the antipodes, and that has indeed been my experience as diligently reported by your favorite reporter. If it hasn't been yours, more power to yer elbow.
