Might be interesting to research the issues of quality, control, suppression, omission, etc as such applies to the greater availability of alternative browsers and search functions - in theory and practice.
You might give Tor a try for something truly different.

Well, I have been using Brave for a couple of months now. Will l keep using it? - yes. Does it do everything the developers claim? Well, mostly. The ad block and the privacy are the best features, but I am not so sure that the speed is what they claim. I am using it as my main browser and generally it is fine, but it seems to get glitches that slow it down at times. I find l have to restart it to fix that at times. Another thing that is not good is that sometimes certain things on websites do not appear. The Teakdoor banner, for example. Perhaps this is because it does not support Flash? I find I have to switch back to chrome or opera sometimes on certain sites ... but ad block and the privacy are great features, so l will keep using it.
