Looking for advise once again my fellow Teakdoor members

I have been working on a new production process and it has taken me three years of trial, error and learning and of last Friday I finally cracked it.

The process basically converts fossil fuel products such as thermoplastic resin into finished products which are stronger, lighter and users less energy to produce the products. Reduction in production costs and great for the environment.

Whilst this is a great event for me I cannot use any known commercial computer programs to simulate what I am actually achieving.

Programs such as Moldflow and Solidworks are useless to me as what I am doing know is very different from other production processing equipment.

I have spoken to the inventor of Moldflow and he suggests I speak to Autodesk an American company but I hate dealing with large corporations.

My Question: Does any member know of or use a forum that attracts computer program design experts who may be interested to assist me in writing a new program that assimilates with my new idea? This person must have knowledge of hydraulics and preferably have a background in plastic engineering and writing codes.

This is a link showing the best technology software available but it is useless to me.

Once again thank you in advance for your advice and support.

I would check out PTC/ProEngineer. If you need someone up the chain to talk to there, I can probably get contact info.

These specific software issues for unconventional new/developing products are tricky.

Maybe get a good Python coder to write something specifically for you? Then just add a top end to make it look prettier if need be? Troy knows his Python/test software stuff.

Seems there may be an engineer here who can help me.

    Thank you again mate.

    Thank you mate.

If you know of an engineer who lives in Asia I am willing to travel.

Just thinking outside the box (I have not used Windows for about 15 yrs++) https://itsfoss.com/cad-software-linux/ Many writers of these programs "may" be on the same page as you, (albeit for other reasons) and could be worth contacting.

I met with a retired computer software designer and analyst yesterday and explained the basic concept to him and he understands why Moldflow and Solid works cannot assimilate with what I am doing with my process. He also believes the existing codes for the present flow analysis programs needs to be changed extensively to align with what I am doing.

Anyway I am happy to pay anyone who can support me in writing up this new program.

And thanks to those fellow members who have contributed constructive suggestions.
