Recently bought a HP Stream 8 tablet, Windows 8.1 and it has an annoying extra, Norton Connect Safe

"safe'' it blocks some travel blogs as 'mature content', blocks live sports streaming sites as 'gambling site', even that internet nasty site Stickman is blocked, another 'mature site' i have been saved from

My Googling hasn't located a response to removal from 8.1 on a tablet
Is it built in? part of a microsoft update?

Doesn't appear in the program list so a simple uninstall not an option

Irritating. Otherwise handy gadget at 4000b. Maybe should have bought the equivalent Samsung after all, that's Plan B
