How to get rid of that pop-up in Google Chrome?

It appears in the local dialect every time you visit a new page.

It overrides the keyboard so that if you think you're typing a username or password, you're not. You're just tapping keys.

It appears as a pop-up in the top right of the browser, next to the star in the URL/address line AND IT IS VERY FUFFING ANNOYING!

    .

Virtual = not real. Don't get over it. Understand it.

    You mean the translate offer?
Top right menu, settings, advanced settings, uncheck "offer to translate"

    ^ Thanks.

Depending on where I am, the browser settings language is in either Thai or Laos script.

Which box do I check/uncheck, please?

Once you open the settings tab the last hyperlink on the page is advanced settings, click on this and he page will extend.
The fifth section down is languages , a sinle long grey button with a checkbox underneath. Thats it.
