Cool Day Trips from Hong Kong

I am alone traveling to Hong Kong, and have no idea what can do there, besides nightlife. Please recommend some sightseeing tours, trips.

    Tai O Fishing Village

From Central, take the ferry from Central Pier 6 to Mui Wo, then Bus No. 1 to Tai O.

From Kowloon, easiest is the MTR to Tung Chung Station, then Bus No. 11 to Tai O.

the bus trips are interesting in themselves, and tai o village is a trip back in time and a complete contrast to most of the rest of hong kong.

Interesting is there anywhere to say out there away from the noise of Kowloon?

I would recommend to take a look at Tsim Sha Tsui.
There are many tourist attractions in Tsim Sha Tsui.
Just take a look as below if interested.
Sightseeings : Tsim Sha Tsui - Hong Kong Tourism Guide - MiracGoGo

For example, If you want to go the street markets in Hong Kong, Yau Ma Tei, which is near Tsim Sha Tsui, is also a good choice.
There are many streets markets there and here is for your reference:

Besides, you can also take a look at the museums in Hong Kong.
Most of them are interesting and you will find a lot of fun there.
