phone unlock in CM

I have a friend who is arriving in CM late next week to get some dental work done.
She needs to get her phone unlocked. Can someone tell me where is the best place.

Got mine done in Tukom in Patts couple of years ago but never been to CM.

You might try the computer and phone section at airport plaza. 3rd floor.

Any of the phone stalls/shops in Kad suan kaew (Central dept store) Huekaew Rd.
In fact - just about any phone shop, as the Thais are much less keen to do as they're told than us farang.
Should it need a special program to unlock it, then one of the stalls on the 4th floor of Kad suan kaew.

^ The computer mall just up from KSK on the moat, not icon. or the escond one, but the last computer mall going towards the city are your friends. They'll take care of any phone / computer / routing issues. One guy there is at one of the parts shops that's right on the ball, go to guy for this shit. Will PM you his name / location when sober.

I had an Aussie pre-paid obscure brand, my efforts impossible to get unlocked anywhere in CM, BKK or online. Left it with this dude overnight and got hit with a 300 B bill job done, gave him double. Use him for all this sort of shit and always pay double the service charge. Eg, windows 7 update clean install, fully working dodgy key they will guaruntee for a year, 200 B on the bill for 'service' and hand over 400. The sharp mofo probably pulls in 10K B a month in slary and shit on the side, only so much coz he's a gun. If there were such a thing as phone / computer farms, Thailand would rock even more.
