    Luckily in the UK, British food is going through a bit of a renaissance. Small producers are supplying world class food to a growing number of restaurateurs who are cooking superb local dishes.

    Sadly too many people seem to think food is something you get out of the freezer and chuck in the microwave for 5 mins.
