Seeking CM Probate Attorney

Son of a close friend is looking for an attorney to navigate through probate issues of his father passing away in Thailand. Hoping for recommendations of an American attorney living and working in CM. If not that, then an excellent English speaker. Feel free to PM me or reply here. All advice appreciated.
