Agree with Dukes and Riverside (and Good View beside it).

For a Khao Soi lunch next to the river go to Rimping Boat Noodles, Hoi Kaa style (feet dangling down over the riverbank), great Khao Soi (peeset) 50thb, pik gai tod 55thb, the moo penang is also recommended. Not fancyschmancy, a nice litle place for lunch if in the area.
