Its quite the pity that this vlogger is so unknowing about Thailand or its culture and food. Seems a nice enough guy but just does not have a clue. Where were all the Khao Soi condiments?

Huen Phen, and Khao Soi Wulai are my two favorites. These are local joints andT are know simply for their khao soi.

    Good post David.

    Khao Soi Gai, done well.

If your posts would make more sense when written by david44 then it might be time for a rethink.

Got any new recommendations for C Mai eateries

David's kitchen was great and a lovely guy I've know years but closed last time I looked.

A Chelski fan, great cook but apparently spilling issues

For someone who changed his avatar to make newbies think he might be younger, you sure are a cranky old bugger.

Bloody ell that looks good. It's been so long since I've eaten khao soi.

^^The best Khao Soi in Thailand is in Siam Square at ‘Noodle House’.

    Crazy, but true.

Go there and tell me it isn’t.

I am surprised David’s kitchen has closed. It was always very busy. I dined there a few times, last time I was there I was next to a large table of a Netflix team - can’t remember what they were filming but couple of the females were stunning.

Anyway my recommendation for a great meal in Chiang Mai is B Samcook home 16 - Thai fusion set menus - excellent

Great effort mate, thanks for sharing. But I ain't watching no 30 minute video about a soi in CM, sorry but this is the Tik Tok era! They say brevity is the soul of wit, and a radically abridged version of say 5-10 minutes length might just get me to press the Play button. Just saying like...
