Only 285K per month on Chang Klan Road

Rent An Outstanding Luxury Home With Pool

Definately the most expensive gaff I've seen in town, anyone know exactly where this house is?

Nice house, but chang klan is the night bazaar and lots of seedy karaokes. From the description it's actualy on the canal road.

It doesn't look like it's worth that kind of money, for that money I'd want my own desert island stocked with beers and women's

Probably just means there's a selfie-cam built into the bathroom mirror.

Yeah it said Chan Klang at the top but I notice it says bottom of Doi Suthep which sounds right.

The ad doesn't say Chang Klan, it says Chang Kian which is along the Canal Road.

The sale price is 68mil- it's a beautiful home, but I think they're dreaming at that price.

Jaysus, 285k rent or 68m sale for what is essentially a 3brm home!?

I know a comparable (sale price-wise) place that can be rented for about 30k, has two houses on it, its own lake and tennis court and sits on about 10 rai. Granted it's out of town but still.

I wonder what planet the owners are from.

Hi, it says Chang Kien which is in Suthep. Which fits with the map. I just notice to save money on rent you can always buy it for a snip at 68,000,000 Baht.

It's not quite in Nimman, so only really worth 250k a month.

This house just came up in my FB feed- the rent has been lowered to 225K, and the selling price has been dropped from 68m to 55m- I guess they were indeed dreaming at the original numbers...

I guess being on the market for over a year with no bites is kind of telling as to whether your price is in the ballpark.
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

Looks like an accident waiting to happen. Also no privacy, the neighbors next door are looking right in.

Nope. But I did buy my CM condo through Perfect Homes. Simon's a great guy and his staff were excellent. Well recommended.

Price has dropped to 55m now. Lowball 'em at 40m and an eatigo voucher Dill.
