For united nation International contracts laws & Singapore
contract laws

Singapore contract laws are a specialty best handled by Singapore lawyers. UN Int'l contract laws is a broad area, and you would have to be more definitive. Not sure where you are based, but if you're looking for a single lawfirm in Thailand that could handle it all you would have to go with one of the top tier firms like B&M in BKK on Rama IV.

However, for Singapore contractual matters I could recommend Wong & Leow, which is an affiliate of Baker & McKenzie. Not cheap.

Thank you very much I will give them a try tomorrow as it is a very complicated contract in favor of the customer not the manufacture.
So it is very important for a top lawyer to look over & make adjustments
to make more even for both parties.

Yeah, the advantage of B&M or maybe Clifford Chance is that not only will they have top contracts lawyers, they might have an in-house Singapore contracts lawyer in BKK, but if not, they have excellent affiliates in SG, so you have a single point of contact and responsibility here in Thailand.
