    Early breakfast in Kanchanaburi

I am meeting a bus at 5am in the morning in Kanchanburi. Is there anywhere to do breakfast and coffee at that time of the morning?

    7-11.

They have some plastic looking egg and bacon croissant things that they microwave. Can't imagine that they're very nice.

I think that 7/11 would be your best deal.

Try 7/11-- if you are hungry enough you will eat anything.

    at a bus stop ?

bound to be lots of stalls selling hot thai coffee and pathongoh donuts at that time of the morning.

do avoid the 7-11 shite though.

Always foodies in and around major bus depots - early morn as well.
Sometimes coinciding with a morning market or two.

Mu ping and sticky rice vendor did the trick. Not much else at that time. Everything started happening closer to 06h00

Yes, ask for Mr Chong. He is the man who dangles his legs over the bridge at 10.00 am every day to placate the Japanese ghosts. He is a well known tourist attraction and does a mean bacon sandwich.

Some 7-11s have ham and eggs (microwave) and some have hot fresh coffee.

Buy one of these and 2 cheap pots

Take some heinz beans with you, some of those mini cocktail hotdog sausages from 7/11 along with some bread and butter and some PG tips and gingernut biccies.

    Breakfast of champions.
