FOUR YEARS!!!??!
Jeez ...you need the patience of a saint!!
i will have finished moved in, planned the next one and sold up before you get going!!
i might even have started my next build thread...
(we had another 'expression of interest' yesterday, as in 'would we like to sell, lol)
We already spoke about it...IF the right offer came we would sell straight away.
Then I would buy a bigger plot and build it again!!
lol...
Actually I have a lot of ideas for the retirement 'hobbies' including building a mini resort on our other plot. We are surrounded by golf courses so I see a chance to offer golfing / beach holidays to western expats.
Mainly though I am going to expand my nude model photography business, which is already doing well. I think with the secluded locations I can create in the garden around the home, together with that lagoon pool once finished, it will be a relaxing environment for the girls and we will get a lot of really great shoots..
Now you see why I needed that 2.5m wall on the roadside, plus the CCTV security. ...don't want anyone gate crashing the party, so to speak.

Funny you should say that because i have started wearing a silk smoking jacket around and i don't even smoke.
unlike Hefner though, i usually wear something underneath it
The photo-shoots are all professional and above board, BTW before anyone gets the wrong idea
(I do standard portrait work too, if anyone's interested)
i'm pretty sure the girls won't be showing their lean, firm young bodies for nothing, charity or no charity - this is their livelihood.
I don it more for the experience and experimenting with new concepts, though of course money changes hands if they want their portfolios enhancing by my talents.
Nothing comes for free, we all know that...

Flooring
OK we have all heard nough about boring nude photography, so... here's the next insallment of the thread itself
Getting the verandah ready
Ooops... you made a mistake in bedroom 2.!
the main verandah zone now cleaned ready for flooring
bedroom 1 balcony flooring underway - wait that looks like the tiles in bedroom 2...
Bedroom 1 balcony flooring
Dressing room flooring - subtle grey tone, look nice with wooden clothes cabinets
ahh... HERE's the right flooring for bedroom 2!! previous incorrect tiles lifted and correct tiles placed with correct staggered arrangement.
Just need a good clean now
Buddha room tiles now grouted in and already the room being used for storage...
I would just add that we are looking for an 'Oil boy' too get them ready for those shots. warming the oil, smoothing it over their skin and wiping off the excess.
You need soft hands and good self-control because you will be in close contact with intimate areas and they don't want to feel uncomfortable.
Money consideration for this is 5,000 TBT a day which I think is reasonable.
It can get hot in the pre-shoot room, but you need to be presentable.
Obviously clean hands and an ability to look the other way if a 'wardrobe malfunction' occurs, which can happen with the 'robes before they step out for the shoot itself
if you are interested, drop me the 5,000 THB and get the oil warm - its going to be a long steamy day.

Same again... whats this for?
hi Norton!
Yes... I want this but it will be hard , cos you know what Thai girls want in their new houses - super shiny everything because that signifies 'new'
This is all important.
I am working on her to see the sense in a toned down version as you suggest.
Fingers crossed!
I thought it was clear...
- get them ready for those shots.
- warming the oil
- smooth it over their skin
- wipe off the excess.
You need
- soft hands
- good self-control
- to be presentable.
- clean hands
- an ability to look the other way if a 'wardrobe malfunction' occurs
I think the position may be filled already though according to other posts..
If still interested, you could always bid more...?!

I was talking about 'hard as in difficult, not 'resistant to wear'
