BKK train station to Sukhumvit Soi 13?

Approx how much for a tuk-tuk from BKK train station (I'll be arriving from Udon on a sleeper) to Sukhumvit Soi 13 (the new UK passport application place)?

And any idea on journey time?

You have to keep pretty tight appointments with the new place, apparently!

    Cheers.

why a tuk tuk? why not use faster forms of transport?

and what time of the day, that really does have quite a bearing on the answer wouldn't you think?

For the sake of 250m it might be quicker to walk from The MRT

Spare the transfers here and there.

Take a taxi - it's not that far.

    Agree with MRT

If arriving from North could get off at Bang Sue Junction and arrive via MRT an hour faster
    Fast safe clean.
    Most sleeper trains are late.

On return may want to take cab from soi 13 as its turning into the traffic on Suk at lunchtime when its hot.Or cab all the way to the station.

IMHO having lived in soi 13 0800-10 and 15-2200 train faster

Wide number of shops family mart ,sportsman pub and delights of soi 11 via passage thru Villa Supermarket and Ambassador Hotel.

I would't want a fee tuktuk in the polluted traffic jams.

The MRT is piece of cake, street traffic will be a nightmare... 20 minutes vs an hour or more of traffic jams.
The fastest MRT to sukumvit and walk. Transferring to the BTS for just one stop just a big PITA.
If ya can't walk a little ya should stay home.

I didn't know there was an inbound train station in Bang Sue..... In fact I didn't even know that trains went to Udon Thani..... I haven't been on a train in Thailand since 1989..... Lopburi to Ayutthaya
