it was a thai tailors shop called "micks" until about a year ago. (i had a good suit made there.) maybe you are thinking of another place. this bar is on sukhumvit between the 7/11 and the corner of soi 22. the 7/11 with the watch repair man outside. the bar is almost on the corner.

Tax, I really know the corner of 22 very well and all who are/were involved in that area too. tailors, food vendors, 7/11 owners, bar owners, motos, taxis, police and even the woman who built the bar , then lost it in a card game.
