His name is Wesseh Freeman, he's a self-taught singer and composer from Monrovia (Liberia). Wesseh is blind and plays music in the streets to make a living. He died on 27 February 2018 in a road accident in Monrovia.

Man we had some weird songs and video clips back then, I can remember dancing to this in the disco under Penrith Leagues Club. After a gutfull of JimBeam and coke. Disclaimer- they didn't have videos of the songs playing on a TV back then. It was all light shows and balls hanging from the ceiling.
I love a good comeback. She does it very well.
