The Super Furry animals only completely Welsh language album recorded on a shoestring in 2000 after they had made enough commercially to do something for themselves.
One of my favourite albums of all time.
The second track "ymaeladi a'r ymylon" is my favourite track of all time and translates into "being banished to the periphary" of the Welsh language music scene owing to their chasing commercial success through English language soings.

sold over a million copies world wide and rated by NME as one of the best albums of the last decade so I guess so.
I think it is a great accomplishment to make such a popular album in a language such as well and I admire the band for doing that.
I mean, how did they get the microphones to work with all that spit on it?
