I thought Chits kept his 1950s stuff to his own separate thread? :)
Anyway, call your dealer and put your best dancing shoes on 'cos we're having it tonight in Ibizhal! :)

^ My local band.
Before I went offshore during November I downloaded Netflix series called 'Top Boy'. I think I may even have heard about it on here.
Anyway, this led me to discover 'Little Simz'. It's not my usual cup of tea and quite a departure from Neil Diamond, but I'm getting right into this stuff while driving through Korat's gridlocked traffic.
The daughter reckons it's shite, but I like it.

For me she definitely had a presence in 'Top Boy'.
Didn't actually feel she did a great job, but the part was a bit undefined really.
Regardless - there was something about her.
For singalongs, though, she won't be matching Neil Diamond.
^ You've probably nailed it, Cyrille.
Neil Diamond does hold a great tune, but he doesn't have that something about him.
I'll have to ponder on this, but I suspect that it's got nothing to do with the music.
I'm sure it does, she's a big girl our Brittany. This one going out to Sympl.

Tonight I've been mainly listening to The lightening Seeds as a warm up act followed by Madness on their C'est la via tour at the 30.000 sell out capacity Arena in Manchester. :bananaman:

Christ, that's :icon_poo:.
Obviously better to stick with the old stuff.
Tbf a couple were OK imho.
The band kept mixing it up playing one oldie and then a newie then playing half a dozen back to back classics as a finale that took the roof off.
The lightening Seeds plating "its coming home" was a pretty lively warm up.
A lot of young faces in the crowd for a change and peeps who had made the effort dressing the part.
...if you've never heard a contralto sing, now's your chance:
