A live version
Saw him in the brewtown when I was eighteen. In a bar on water street or Farewell. It was the east side regardless. He had a 30 amp Peavy and blew the house down. This was on a Friday and he was so mind boggling back then we came back for the Saturday night show.
I bought his LP, signed of course, and have back home. A true modern day classic.
P.S. Terry I have that South Pacific If Orange top doesn't make it.
Or was the bet he does?

Yea, we were the only white dudes in the crowd back then. Just kidding you race conscious Foghats out there.
I know, But I was board.
...I still laugh at the reaction of straight audiences in Oklahoma and points south when viewing this Adam Lambert presentation of Johnny Cash's Ring of Fire:
As for Stanly Jordan, yes he was touring the country at the time. Just did a few nights in the brew town.
Now Cheep Trick was out of I believe Chi-Town. I saw their debut on the lakefront. Nobody knew who they were. Opened with mommy's alright. They were snuck in after Gary Wright (dream weaver area) and before Peter Frampton did the whole Frampton comes alive dual LP. Talk about wow!
