Today being ANZAC day I have listened to an old emotional - 'And The Band Played Waltzing Matilda', by The Pogues.
Written by Eric Bogle about that disaster at Gallipoli but it is a wonderful song.
My Grandad was shot twice there but thankfully lived, sorry I cannot post a link as I am a numpty.

Some "mix tapes" actually enhance the listening pleasure. The abrupt end of one tune is deleted and a "filler" piece mixes the two tunes. The Anjunadeep CD's usually have a continuous version along with the individual tunes, which allows one to choose 1 1/2 hours of music or the 3-10 minute individual tunes.Quote:
