Glastonbury, Robert Plant and blue grass singer Alison Kraus he's knocked around with a few times singing Rock and Roll, TBH i'm not sure how i feel about it but it ain't Page and Bonham.....nah its weak
Live sound is fukin awful.
Sam Fender - OK but does any of his fans realise he's a Springsteen rip off :)
So far Arlo Parks
The Idles - that's better :smileylaughing:
great set, and cracking band.
this is rough recording of the Wheel which they did proud -tales me bake to the late 70s

Idles - saw them in 2019, small venue about 180 capacity but they had a sound system for a much bigger event, a stadium maybe? left early it became just a blur of bass vibration, give the sound crew a 0/10 for that effort
But now, from Sweden, the Viagra Boys

I used to love listening to this when I was on a bus to some far-flung Colombian/Costa Rican/Peruvian etc town. The clothes on the album cover made me imagine nammers' current dress sense. :)
^ fuk off, i'm not some mommas and papas throwback, i was gurning when you were in nappies :)
I don't want to know about you gurning while imagining posters in nappies. :)
Classic Colombian taxi driver song this one.
-CARINITO- RODOLFO AICARDI (FULL AUDIO) - YouTube
Great when 4 of you are piled into the little car and the driver is necking guaro with you all off your fucking heads singing the words as you drive through the middle of Bogota/Medellin/Cartegena etc on the way to the next party!
Nunca, pero nunca!
(Cairo, it is not)
I used to love this too (I miss you). I was a sucker for love songs over there- it was time to leave after 3 years.:)
Xtreme - Te Extrano (Bachata) - YouTube
A bit more South American pop
Todo Es Perfecto, Tinto Ft. Buxxi - Video Oficial - YouTube
I see Noel Gallagher has sorted his monobrow, got Angela Rayner on keyboards and decided to rip off Tom Petty - shite
EDIT
actually sorry tom you could sing, nowel just sounds like he's down the dole office complaining his cheque is late.
TV hasn't helped Glastonbury, now it looks like every wanker or bint is trying to get on TV by sitting on someone's shoulders - i don't remember anyone doing that in the 80's, they'd have got pushed over because they are blocking the view.
Yungblud - i'd have been in that tent, wouldn't buy the music but as a live show and energy looks great
McCartney headlining on Saturday wtf, he did a warm up gig in Frome last night just up the road from where i lived. :yikes:
I'd be getting back to the tent and getting on it
EDIT
more on it
For those wanting to know why the singer has such an effect on her audience, I suggest you watch this film:
Битва за Севастополь (Battle for Sevastopol)
