Hoppipolla - Sigur Ros....A strange and beautiful other-wordly sound that caresses one's aural senses....I'm not sure which language, maybe a dialect of ancient Norse, or perhaps a drunken person from Norfolk.

R&B on MTV
Just scored this DVD with John Mayall & Bluesbreakers, Etta james, Buddy Guy, junior wells, Albert King, and sippie Wallace. Old time blues meets the Brit Boys. John Mayall is a talented musician but his vocals lack the soul of a true bluesman. His peformance is a bit too "up" Blues men are calm, intense at time aantimated but never "up" man.
Good listen don;t wanna watch.
Bird Thongchai on Virgin Hit Radio Thailand.
DJ Tiesto - Stadium special performance
Dark side of the moon pink floyd .
"Nothing I Can Do About It Now" - Willie Nelson
I'm struggling to find anything decent on GoW's laptop. I'm giving Incubus a go at the mo.
Best of R&B
Don't listen to me I'm hopeless. Try 'Space Walk' that's a cool song.
I my good people am listening to Costello Music by The Fratellis. All members of this band share the same surname, Fratelli, which is either a nice coincidence or, more likely, a ruse. Anyhow, it's okay - the song 'Got Ma Nuts From a Hippy' is good both for the title and the song.
Cradle of Filth: Dirge Inferno
"Helter Skelter" -- The Beatles -- White Album
Are You Ready - Pacific Gas & Electric
Some bizarre 60's compliation with the likes of
Melanie
Donovan
Captain Beefheart
PP Arnold
Status Quo
John Mayall
Lovin Spoonful
Taj Mahal
etc...
I will look up the title a little later
Where'd you find this? I've been looking for some for a while.Quote:

Smashed Raoul - Strawberry Sun
Tenacious D - "Kickapoo"
I've lost count of how many times I've listened to this these last couple of days. It's all Icey's fault.

Timbaland (ft. Nelly Furtado & Justin Timberlake) - "Give It To Me"
This has definitely been Timbaland's year.
Too old? Not at all. It depends on what kind of music you listen to really. Timbaland is a hip hop/pop producer who, in my opinion, really seems to have "broken out of the mould" this year. He's had hits before but this year he's produced Nelly Furtado and Justin Timberlake's albums which have sold really, really well and spawned at least four hit singles. He seems to be rolling in it this year.
Gwen Stefani - "Yummy"
"Wind It Up" (the first single off her new album) is one of those songs that most people are going to be pretty divided over. The production is certainly different (I'm sure that's Patsy and his "coconut shell horse" from Monty Python and the Holy Grail in the background) but Gwen Stefani yodeling is probably a little O.T.T. "Yummy" I like though.
